I have been fortunate in my life to have been surrounded by incredible role models – my parents and grandparents. They have nurtured me and always facilitated my endeavours with encouragement and support. I am very fortunate that I was given a foundation of good morals, values and beliefs and communication skills. I guess I can thank them for my love of good homemade food too.
Sport has been a large part of my life having played cricket and soccer. Never did I reach the lofty heights of my goals, but I loved it. My exercise time is now filled with my passion for resistance training and running. Practicing what I preach is and always will be essential.
I spend my recreational time with an awesome group of friends who I call family. Life is pretty good.
To say that I am lucky to do what I do is an understatement. The enjoyment I get out of being able to express my passion as an occupation is a luxury and it really is a privilege to be able to help people get back to.
I had 16 months of private practice experience with a fantastic group of people who I learnt so much from. My thirst for knowledge led me to a Masters in Clinical Sports Physiotherapy, and my desire to express health care as I believe it should be delivered led me to where I am today.
I am very much looking forward to the future.
